Alice Park Community Garden Workshop: Wildlife Gardening

Wildlife gardening: attracting birds, bees, butterflies & more to your plot: 10.30 am to 2.30 pm, Sunday 12th June, Alice Park Community Garden. Course trainer is Steve Pritchard of South West Ponds(http://www.southwestponds.co.uk/) The workshop is aimed at gardeners and allotment-holders who are interested in bringing more wildlife into their plots, encouraging biodiversity and improving yields. Practical hands-on training including assembling a nest box, plus advice on planting and pond-making.

To book, please contact fiona.williams@greenliving.co.uk or if you are coming to Larkhall Festival on Monday 2nd May drop in and see us at the community garden (behind the high hedge at Alice Park), from 10.30 am to 5 pm as part of the Festival Garden Trail and sign up, or pick up a flyer. A £5 donation deposit is required for all workshops.
