Nat Cross, forage walk leader, is going to take us on a foraging walk in the Smallcombe/Rainbow Woods area and bring us back to our community nuttery for a shared picnic (which could include cooking on the outdoor fire).  Starting at 4.30 pm, the walk will last one-and-a-half or two hours.  (Nat’s mobile:  07749 984408)

The walk starts and ends at the Community Nuttery at Smallcombe.  Here’s a map.  (NB, there is no vehicle access, but pedestrian access via the Skyline Walk or via the private road to Smallcombe Farm and cemetery.)

Stay for a picnic around the camp fire at the nuttery. Bring food and drink to share (we will probably add in some foraged greens), plus a plate/glass/fork or whatever you need to eat with! Seating provided:
