Alice Park Community Garden is a regenerative space for people to reconnect with their role in the ecosystem; sow seeds, tend to plants and grow in community.

The garden was created from scratch in 2010 by the community and has been lovingly maintained by a group of local volunteers

  • They are open-to-all, inclusive & interconnected
  • They grow local, seasonal food and make it available to the wider community
  • They are a local response to global climate & ecology crisis
  • They cultivate intergenerational learning & skill sharing
  • They are nourishing the soil & the soul
  • They are a place for people to deepen their relationship with nature & each other
  • The garden & their work is in service to all life.
  • Workshops are held throughout the year in the garden & under a purpose built Oak Barn.
