If you slow down and tap into nature, you’ll find wild food is growing all around you, hidden in plain sight.

Join Bath-based wild foods educator Ella Milburn (Everyday Foraging) to hear about local wild foods and how foraging can be a lever for individual, community and ecological change.

In this 30-minute presentation followed by a Q&A session, we will explore:

  • Wild edible and medicinal plants and fungi growing locally
  • Uses of wild foods, including preservation methods
  • How to forage responsibly
  • The relationship between foraging and environmental sustainability
  • How foraging can contribute to health and wellbeing
