Holly Robarts, a second year student from Cardiff University is investigating the impact of fuel poverty in Bath, and is investing how local and national government is trying to reduce the issue. 12.4% of Bath residents were in fuel poverty in 2015, which is a relatively high figure for a prosperous area, and can lead to excess winter deaths.
