At this time of year there are apples galore!
This workshop will teach you how to preserve your apples for the winter months.
Transition Bath has a juicer and pasteuriser that can be loaned so if you want to bottle your own juice come to this workshop to learn how to use the equipment.
The other technique we’ll be learning is hot water bottling (with or without sugar). The bottles will last the whole winter and can be stored in a cupboard in the house or in a garage.
Please bring a plate and a cup for tasting.
We are asking for a donation of £15 to attend this 2.5-hour workshop. We do not want to exclude anyone from attending based on cost, so please change the donation amount if you are unable to pay the full price.
