Learn how to make both still and naturally sparkling drinks that are good both for your gut and your pocket!
Making drinks reduces waste on bottles and transporting liquids. It is easy to do at home at low cost and with minimal equipment.
- Water Kefir requires starter grains
- Kombucha requires tea and a SCOBY, which we’ll explain
- Other drinks just require fruit, sugar, and for ginger beer, a ginger beer starter.
Once you have mastered the basics you can experiment with flavours and discover the joy of making your own drinks at home.
You won’t be making any drinks at this workshop but you’ll receive all the recipes and there will be tasters available of all the drinks.
Please bring your own glass for tasting.
We are asking for a donation of £15 to attend this 2-hour workshop. We do not want to exclude anyone from attending based on cost, so please change the donation amount if you are unable to pay the full price.
