Linden and Bloor Homes, the developers of part of the ex-MOD site at Ensleigh North, have submitted a revised application for planning permission. We have objected for a second time to the application because it is of a low standard and significantly below that of the 2 other ex-MOD sites in B&NES – Warminster Road and Foxhill/Mulberry Park:
Under almost all of the criteria it provides for lower levels of sustainability than being offered at the other 2 sites.
